Mushroom Compound Extract is an alpha-glucan rich nutritional ingredient extracted from fermented mushroom extracts, including Agaricus blazei extract, Hericium erinaceus extracts , Black fungus extracts , Ganoderma lucidum extract , Maitake mushroom extract and Shiitake mushroom. Mushroom Compounds contains polysaccharides, includes beta-glucan and acetylated α-glucan.
